I tried for a hour to install from the CD, and kept getting an error message. I called Quicken Help and the agent was on the phone with me over 2 hours and also kept getting error message. He gave up and said someone would call in 4 days to help. I called Help again, and was on the phone 40 minutes trying to get Help. Help called this time, and downloaded Quicken 2017. It too failed to install until Quicken downloaded a Quicken Mondo Patch.
